ADVANCED TRAINERS’ TRAINING AT CONFLUENCE: PARTNERS FOR YOUTH EMPOWERMENT GLOBAL SUMMIT – BARCELONA 2016

30 trainers joined forces from: USA, Canada, Spain, U.K., France, Greece, Turkey, South Africa, India and Cambodia. Themis Gkion from Flow Athens participated at Confluence, as a PYE facilitator and teacher trainer.

We traveled from all over the world to La Plana, a cooperative farm near Barcelona, for the Global Summit of Partners for Youth Empowerment.
We went through a rigorous weeklong 60-hour training for teacher trainers, where we focused on the fine nuances of the art of facilitation.
As a result, we increased our creative confidence.
We strengthened our foundations.
We built our capacity to have meaningful conversations.
We understood the creative community model through our diverse lenses.
And of course we had FUN!
