I-BANK GENIUS TRAININGS: MOTIVATING THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AMBASSADORS AT NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE
Offered consulting and training services to National Bank of Greece.
Supported the set-up and operation of i-bank genius, a taskforce that acts as the bank’s digital transformation ambassador.
Designed and facilitated 20 trainings for 500 i-bank genius team-members, in order to instill a distinct i-bank genius mentality, to foster intrinsic motivation for initiative taking and to focus on the customers’ needs.
